Penny, owner of Liaisons, brings 28 years of experience in the hairstyling trade. As a Red Seal endorsed stylist, she personally meets the industry national standard for her craft and is committed to staying current with hairstyling developments and trends. Education is paramount in all areas of Penny's career; she has been educated in New York City, Chicago, Toronto, Montreal, Las Vegas and across Ottawa and is also a professor/instructor at Algonquin College where she passes her knowledge and passion onto future hairstylists.
Working together with her clients, she creates custom styles that meet their personal taste and preferences. While taking into consideration a look that works well with their lifestyle, she also takes time to educate them on recreating their style at home.
